How can you make an impact on this project?
This position will report to the Director, Compensation and Benefits, APAC. He is responsible for the end-to-end management of compensation and benefits (C&B) for the Philippines and the Asian market, which includes providing strategic guidance, program development, and ongoing management of various programs. In addition, this role contributes to the global C&B strategy by participating in global and local projects.
Work
Be responsible for the management, development, implementation and communication of employee benefits programs
Provide compensation and benefits consulting and guidance to HR/HR business partners to support people programs
Lead and direct compensation and benefits reviews, new salary awards, adjustment of salary ranges and review of incentive plans, etc. Be responsible for compliance with all regulations and American Express policies, procedures, policies and audit requirements.
Lead relationships with external partners and vendors responsible for the delivery of benefit programs, including contractual agreements and program content, delivery and pricing, etc.
Be the subject matter expert to provide year-end support to HR/HR business partners, making compensation decisions for benefits and financials.
Lead health and wellness programs and initiatives in the market
Promotes rewards and essentials in the market
Collaborate with compensation and benefits operations, health teams and human services to ensure seamless execution and delivery of C&B-related programs.
Create opportunities to participate in global and regional C&B projects to support our broader HR strategy
