The Customer Insights, Measurement, and Analysis (CIMA) organization informs strategy development through actionable data analysis, integration, and understanding. The Consumer Insight (CI) team is an integral part of CIMA and we deliver customer solutions through a deep understanding of all relevant audiences.
We are looking for a motivated and diverse Consumer Advocate to join Identity & Cultural Insights (ICI), one of Consumer Insight (CI). To remain relevant in the market, we seek to have people and culture that allow us to surprise and delight our guests and audiences now and in the future. By leveraging data, ICI's team provides insights into the various consumers to improve current and future business strategies that enable everyone to fully participate in our brand. ICI members provide the industry with the latest knowledge and expertise in the diverse markets of today and tomorrow. This information is obtained through continuous research analysis of various customer values and behavior patterns that will help identify opportunities, mitigate risks and plan strategies. The ideal analyst will have demonstrated success in integrating and interpreting data and using effective communication skills when working with partners to solve problems.
You will report to the General Manager, Consumer Insights. The location for this job is in Celebration, Florida. Travel to our site may be necessary.

Demonstrate interest and curiosity around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) - Develop a comprehensive understanding of social and cultural processes across diverse backgrounds, including race/ethnicity (e.g., Black, Hispanic/Latin, Asian /Asian American) and culture. based on gender identity (eg, LGBTQIA+, women) and ability (eg, people with disabilities). Show Leads - Lead customer service reviews and personal inquiries. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, across multiple partners and complex organizations.
Engage with integrated partners – Develop relationships with internal partners to build influence, manage relationships with external vendors, and guide specific work processes and leadership guidelines. Working together to get more, really new ideas on the organization's toughest problems and the most exciting opportunities.
