Full Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated content management developer/admin with 2+ years of experience to join our team. You must have the ability to participate in collaborative workflow processes with IT staff and users in an energetic and interactive environment. This position is at our corporate office in Oklahoma City.
Primary Functions/Job Description
Responsible for administrating and maintaining our existing Content Management System (Open Text – Content Server)
Develop, deploy and maintain ECM solutions to meet the needs of various departments
Create interface applications between Hobby Lobby applications and Open Text Content Server
Prepare all appropriate user and technical documentation for assigned development projects
Responsible for unit and system testing of custom developed applications and third-party software
Provide end-user production support for in-house developed applications as well as Open Text Content Management System
Coordinate project implementations with DBA, system administrators, change control and technical support
Job Description - Requirements
2-4 years’ experience with Open Text Content Server
2-4 years of development experience
Good understanding of IT Architectures
Understanding of database fundamentals, including triggers, referential integrity and stored procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with management, business partners and software providers
Independent problem-solving, self-direction

Experience with Visual Studio
A degree in computer science or a related field
Strong programming skills in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, C# and Microsoft SQL
