About the role:
We’re looking for an outstanding Content Producer (Meditation) to own the Meditation content library and oversee the creation of new video and audio scripts. This includes conversations and class development to short-form tips and social clips. With a keen eye (and ear!) for creating engaging content that integrates all aspects of holistic wellbeing, you will own the curation of existing content and new content creation for meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork content, including some yoga content. As a Content Producer you will have your ear to the ground on exciting new ways to target the primary audience with meditation and breathwork content that’s engaging, informative, and fun to use.

What you’ll do:
Content development: Working closely with the Product Lead, research and ideate the most effective ways to create new content to support the app.

• Write all scripts and content for the Meditation vertical
• Write scripts for short social videos, promotional videos, and adjust scripts to suit a range of platforms
• In all writing, adhere closely to RoundGlass standards, science and safety guidelines, and ethical practices
• Work with Studio team to plan any necessary shoots
• Work closely with the Studio team to review all video edits and provide comprehensive content notes
• Be available for all shoots for last-minute changes, revisions, and script requests
• Collaborate with Marketing team on content promotion and write scripts for all video and audio promotions.

Curate existing content library: Become intimately familiar with the Meditation content already available on the app to optimize it for the app journey.

• Curate content for programs and challenges.
• Curate content for social and marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of direct experience writing for video, audio, and scripting
• Meditation-specific script writing experience
• Personable communication skills, ability to put experts at ease to bring their best ideas and work
• Excellent command of language
• Ability to work flexible hours for occasional early morning or late-night calls (to accommodate international time zones)
• Fast writing skills for quick turnaround times

Pay & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 yearly. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
