Position Summary
The Control Room Operator will be responsible for directing and coordinating all activities required for producing quality feed. Successful interaction with transportation, purchasing and customer service is essential.
Responsibilities
· Control and assure execution of feed production including, but not limited to, scheduling, routing, batching, pelleting, loading and shipping.
· Inputs formula into WEM from formula from customer service.
· Support inventory management of ingredients and finished products.
· Maximizes mill feed production through cooperation with other team members.
· Maintains Drug Log accuracy and batching report accuracy.
Qualifications
· Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training
· Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time
· Ability to work in a dusty environment
· Excellent verbal communicator
· Thorough, alert, and detail-oriented
· Dependable and responsible
· Strong work ethic
· Makes safety a priority

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
