We are looking for a creative assistant to support our content team based in Paris. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-witted, flexible, and able to adapt as needed. This project will bring together many different projects with careful planning and unwavering attention to detail. This will be a demanding and fast-paced job that requires a hard worker and solution thinker. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Encourage creativity by using Google Slides to prepare presentations. Read incoming documents individually with team leaders and provide cover notes and insights.
Take note-taking and production start-up meetings and share notes on key events. Track and communicate delivery dates, such as updating drafts.
Be the head of the "tools" team for internal and external systems. Facilitate technical/technical coordination of content partner meetings.
Strong internal communication with the working group and working externally with the production company, producers, writers and directors. Prepare a playlist for one gender.
Entering production data, such as presentations and quotes, into our system. Collaborate with the creative assistants of our extended EMEA team.
Manage a complex multi-leadership process, including planning and facilitating internal and external meetings. Organize travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Support team leaders with ad hoc tasks such as planning and organizing events.
