The Creative Services & Production Group is responsible for the design, concept, production and execution of experiential, event and editorial video content for Apple services. We are looking for a hard worker who can contribute in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organization. This position requires a hard-working and collaborative individual with strong communication, creative and design skills. As the Creative Director for Experiences and Events, you will be responsible for creating innovative and exciting solutions for events and experiences. This requires extensive experience in developing creative solutions in a variety of ways. As a hard-working team member, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative spirit. People are encouraged to bring their full potential and talents to our team.
3+ years of industry experience, including project managers and managing teams to deliver creative content across experiences, events, content pieces, etc.
You have a solid understanding of the creative development process, have excellent creative leadership skills and deliver great planning at all times. You have a deep knowledge - and a warm appetite - of design, entertainment, music, culture, content, social media, lifestyle events and experiences, trends and innovations, and are able to apply this knowledge and creating activities and experiences.
You have a deep knowledge of all the processes required in the creative process, including effective and efficient staff, communication and creative direction, and providing timely feedback that helps to improve creative solutions.
Your design skills are unique and you can direct, monitor and, if necessary, redirect creative development. You have exceptional attention to detail, while working to deadlines
You have experience managing collaborative processes across multiple collaborative projects
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with external and internal audiences and clients and the ability to translate communication into actionable plans.
