Full job description

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that align with our brand's goals.

You will lead the design and content teams, oversee the creation of digital and print marketing materials, and ensure a cohesive and innovative brand message across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cohesive visual and content strategy for the brand.
• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, web designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, engaging content.
• Oversee the design and content of the website, ensuring it aligns with the brand's standards and goals.
• Create and oversee the production of new marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new marketing concepts.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate modern design and marketing practices into the brand's strategy.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion especially handled projects with social media Facebook, Google etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio of design work and successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software , social media Facebook ,Google.
• Ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resilience under pressure and against deadlines
• Experience in solar industry is a plus.

Location: Work From Home/Remote

Workweek : Monday to Friday, 6:30AM – 3:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30PM (Australia Time Shift)

Salary: ₹4 - ₹10 LPA Depending upon the exp
