How can you make an impact on this project?
Provide special care to many American Express customers, who have different needs
Build meaningful relationships through consultative inquiries to ensure added value for the client
Improve the experience of our customers by identifying opportunities to offer products based on the needs of our cardholders
Provide personalized solutions and negotiate the best possible outcome for the customer with American Express, seeking first call resolution when possible.
Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance standards and productivity goals
Write down important information
Iterate on ways to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Minimum Qualifications
