How can you make an impact on this project?
Answer incoming calls while interacting and speaking with small business owners and decision makers, learning more about their needs and recommending the right American Express SBS product.
Provide high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits and other features of American Express Small Business Services
Continue to develop core sales skills including building relationships, understanding customer needs, managing obstacles and closing sales
Provide exceptional customer service by answering account-related questions in a structured, fast and customer service environment
Document important account information according to policies and procedures
Integrity: Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations and practices
Minimum Qualifications
Customer service experience (two years +) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, building consultative relationships, action, and strong written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated success in a customer service and marketing environment (two years or more)
Ability to work in a fast-paced metrics environment and multi-tasking and navigating a web environment.
Experience working in a virtual environment
High school diploma or equivalent required. Educational benefits are available
