Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the field of digital, media or industry.
Experience in marketing and business operations as a manager of managers, using technology. Experience as a people manager leading a team/project.
Experience leading teams and achieving team culture and cross-functional alignment. Candidate Qualifications:
Experience leading professional sales teams and developing a portfolio of performance/customer brands. Leadership team experience with multiple levels of management (i.e. founding team). Experience in managing collaborative teams and building a collaborative environment.
Experience working in a complex matrix organization and highly effective in navigating ambiguity. Knowledge and experience of the MENA market.
Ability to participate and interact effectively with internal and external leaders. Strong analytical, resource management and/or organizational skills.

As the Director of Customer Solutions, you lead and train a team of high-performing professionals with deep expertise in our products (including Google Marketing Platform, Search, YouTube and Display) to understand the needs of advertisers and we deliver measured solutions, to those who grow their business. You will lead and train the Agency, Partnerships and Publisher Partnerships team to ensure we have a large ecosystem capable of delivering our solutions.
