Full Job Description:
Provide customer service by coordinating and responding to customer communications (e.g. telephone, radio, and in person); development
solutions for accountability and feedback; help customers with special needs; negotiate fuel prices; controlling access to
ramp area; assemble the bus passengers and the security team; and maintain cleanliness in the display of public places.
Coordinates ground support by serving as a point of contact for personnel (e.g. crew, line operators, flight operations.
arrangement; ensure compliance with regulations as specified; determine hangar space and availability; arrangement of after hours work
request; ensure the execution of ground operations (e.g. toilets, generator operation, de-icing); and prepare service requests
book. Manage and maintain records and produce reports (eg daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure accuracy of records; make peace with the tree
fuel tickets for internal and external customers; invoices; bank statement balance and cash drawer; monitor and maintain inventory;
capture and record customer information and reservations; send messages; receive payments from customers; and fuel delivery records
information.
Comply with company code of conduct and integrity policies, procedures and standards by implementing related action plans; using open door commands;
and apply them in the execution of business processes and practices. Accomplishes tasks and priorities using policies, data, and resources; interacting with managers, colleagues, customers and others
