Full Job Description:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in demonstrating Delta's commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Summary of Services:
Manages all aspects of operations related to ticketing and reservations for passengers and activities required to board and disembark passengers, including tagging and picking up luggage and luggage straps for delivery to ramps. · Greets customers properly, assesses their needs, explains Delta technology options and guides them effectively.
Positive impact on the use of customer airport technology to ensure a better, faster and more efficient airport experience for all customers. · Displays Delta's positive image.
· Notifies customers when you see service delivery. · Coordinates effectively with internal resources to work under pressure and time constraints to dispatch aircraft on time.
· Performs various tasks depending on the operational tasks of the work area; However, employees can fly over and want to do all the work. Specific roles, responsibilities and departments may vary or be included depending on the situation and requirements.
· Subject to change on holidays. · May require outside work.
· Demonstrates safety practices in all operational processes and procedures.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Must be able to speak English and Italian fluently, both spoken and written.
The applicant must have the appropriate work document to work/live in Italy at the time of application. Delta will not sponsor candidates for this position.
Must be willing to work scheduled shifts and/or shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. The employee must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute to effectively use the agent's computer package.
