As a Ramp representative, you will work with an innovative team whose mission is to ensure that our customers' shipments and shipments arrive safely and on time to deliver a positive customer experience. Other salary increases have been regular for 10.5 years. Ramp customer service staff will work between 20 and 40 hours per week. Activities include squatting, bending, standing and walking. These tasks involve repetitive tasks such as loading and unloading luggage in addition to working in the cabin and kneeling for long periods of time in airplanes. Sometimes, these projects must be completed in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, to name a few). Summary of tasks (not all tasks completed):
Picks up, loads, unloads and transfers baggage, mail and cargo to and from the aircraft, as well as being responsible for connecting on time by directing incoming and outgoing flights from the terminal the gate.
Protect cargo, cargo, and mail from damage, loss and weather. Drive slowly and operate ground equipment such as plows, belt conveyors and tractor pulls in crowded areas.
Also repeatedly load the cargo into the truck and ensure that each bag reaches its destination. perform computer checks to ensure that baggage and baggage have been properly delivered to the passenger's destination.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to speak English fluently. Having basic computer knowledge.
Have strong communication skills. Ability to lift bags or objects up to 50 kilograms frequently.
Ability to lift bags or objects between 50 and 70 pounds at times. Willing to work scheduled and/or shift work including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays in all weather conditions.
Pass a pre-employment drug test after being offered.
