Promote and sell air travel to travelers or carriers. Assists in passenger check-in and check-in.
Explain government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments. Meets and delivers aircraft within approved timelines.
Helping passengers and customers in trouble. Protects company assets and revenue.
Allows you to travel safely. Have the physical and dexterity to use motor skills to perform a variety of work-related tasks.
Uses organizational skills to accomplish multiple tasks in a short period of time. Self-motivating and requires minimal maintenance.
Responds and assists during security and emergency situations. Supports internal/external processes and procedures.
Escalators can be operated and operated on various types of aircraft to board and disembark passengers. May be required to perform passenger operations management duties including air communications and tower duties.
Depending on the location of the airport, this post may work in different weather conditions. Due to airline operations, customer service agents work shifts that include regular and/or extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
High school diploma or GED or national equivalent
Bilingual skills are required in some areas
Valid driving license as required by local authorities
Must complete an FAA criminal background check to qualify for non-exempt opportunities in Airport Security Identification (AIDS), where applicable.
Must be able to obtain appropriate security badges from airport officials and/or US Customs, if applicable
Completion of pre-employment drug screening, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
