As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will be an integral part of the team in the Material Add-Order Call Center. Your organizational skills, attention to detail and strong initiative will help you successfully provide support to Homebuilding team members in the field.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails and/or calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages
• Initiate delivery of material by researching material request specifics, entering shortage information, and applying reason codes to Add-Order Forms
• Liaise with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding as needed to facilitate material deliveries
• Recommend on-going best practices related to the call center

Qualifications

• 2+ years Administrative experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
• High energy with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively on a fast-paced team in a professional environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
• Bachelors or Associates degree is a plus
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Residential home building knowledge is a plus
