Salary: $17.00 per hour + Commission
Need - 1 Customer Service Consultants
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Call Center / In-person / Office
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 8:45 am
- Leave Time: 5:30 pm
Need someone who has 3 years experience in a call center and is able to work in a dynamic environment. Need a candidate who understands the importance of having great punctuality / attendance and has the capability of setting and maintaining priorities and objectives. Collaborate with manager to solve work-related problems. Must be aware work schedules, department goals and objectives. Answer incoming calls, enter phone, web and fax orders into our computer system.
Provide information about products and services, to take orders, or to obtain details of complaints. Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Resolve customers' problems, refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to manager. Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our CRM / Salesforce database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
