Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- proficiency in English and is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities
