Full Job Description:
Tesla's maintenance program is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work with one of the world's most progressive car brands. This position will include supporting the in-house store in all aspects of their licensed corner program.
What to do
· Maintaining working hours
Liaison between customer complaint specialists and the store
Preparation for the arrival of the vehicle
Advent of WARP and CCC administration
· Communication and customer service
Combination of lease and transfer
Vehicle status update
· Complementary equipment and supplies
Manage surveys and deliveries
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
What to bring
· 3 to 5 years of experience in a physical store. Vocational School Certificate in Repair preferred.
· Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. The ability to establish and maintain cooperation with those mentioned during the work, including the public.
Microsoft Office experience preferred. Must be willing to train others
Must be comfortable working in a physical store environment
Ability to work independently in a limited area of care.
Must be at least 18 years old
