Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information about bank products and services
  • Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance
  • Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of bank documents used in opening new accounts
  • Working knowledge of bank consumer products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Moderate computer skills
