Support the CX/CR organization's analytical needs to support a consistent analysis and reporting environment that enables the entire organization to leverage data for impact.
Extract and analyze multiple sets of data, from multiple sources/systems, and analyze data continuously to identify trends and provide insights and management.
Tell a compelling and relevant story that offers well-defended advice, explains complex concepts with only actionable suggestions, and provides reassurance and credibility.
Responsible for overall verification and validation of data and analysis, including ensuring that information is timely and meets standards of quality and accuracy.
Generate data and reports to identify problems, make quick changes, and report issues to stakeholders
Synthesize data to answer what, why and what business questions and business applications, and know how the answers will contribute to the business strategy
Do complex data analysis that draws on a different collection of data and information to create a holistic picture of our business and performance, and its impact, or any changes to it , about the company.
Promote the use of data across the organization; Business lines are enabled to interpret data and use it to make improvements
Assists in the identification and development of analytical solutions to business problems, including developing business issues, defining and documenting tasks and solutions, developing work processes, and developing implementation strategies.
Works well with others, builds relationships with business owners, influences and follows recommendations when appropriate, keeps pace and meets deadlines.
