Full Job Description:
The Cybersecurity SIEM Engineer will design, implement, and operate Splunk SaaS SIEM within the security engineering team, while integrating the technology with other platforms.

● Developed custom Splunk applications to support other SOC-related teams within the department.
● Write a cultural analysis to identify and learn about the role of the risk-taker. ● Write custom Python code to integrate applications with cloud technologies such as Event Hubs.
● Integrates Splunk and non-Splunk environments into a global SIEM. ● Create a road map to close logging gaps, improve maturity and innovate.
● Work with enterprise monitoring teams to seamlessly integrate platforms.
Wanted
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in SIEM technology, with at least three years of direct development of Splunk applications.
● Knowledge of log collection, data types and interactions with SIEM and Splunk in particular. ● Knowledge of scripting/programming languages. Strong Python skills. ● Working knowledge of application development in a DevOps or DevSecOps environment.
● Good working knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as Kerberos, SAML and OAUTH. ● Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and GNU/Linux.
● Excellent understanding of cloud, web technologies and network systems. ● Arrange shifts to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
