Flexible day hours with Fridays off at noon! No experience is needed. We will train the right person.
We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work. Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Assistant should ensure an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
Responsibilities
- Estimates and orders processed through QuickBooks
- Customer and vendor communication via email
- Verifying equipment information against customer paperwork
- Transporting equipment to the proper departments
Skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, and Outlook is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree preferred
- We will train the right person
- Typing helpful
Skills tests in Indeed required: Login to Indeed using a computer to complete the tests.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
