Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and accurately with large volumes of data. The focus of the role is to input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information into our computer systems and databases.
Responsibilities
- Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
- Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Responding to data inquiries from other departments.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner..
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data programs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capability to function autonomously and collaboratively in a group
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
