Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role
Job Profile:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets
Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors to maintain data integrity
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Assist with data cleanup and organization projects as needed
Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data
Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner
Follow data entry protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Skills Required:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with data entry software and systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
