Decision Science colleagues will be the team leader in the Credit and Fraud Forum. We are looking for a thought leader and problem solver who can integrate business, technology, and industry best practices when it comes to creating analytics, models, and algorithms that improve our customers' digital experiences. strength.
These key members are responsible for managing enterprise risk across the customer lifecycle, in our businesses and businesses, and across all of our global products. We develop industry-first data capabilities, build cost-effective decision-making systems, develop predictive models based on machine learning, and improve customer service strategies.
Our Decision Science team uses refined analytics and behavioral AI to predict customer behavior. We develop, deploy and support predictive models and support the use of models and business logic to drive meaningful decisions on credit, fraud, marketing and performance drivers.
This job will include some of the jobs listed below:
Work with digital big data (Web, App, API) and sophisticated tools in an industry-leading big data environment. Build NLP-focused solutions, by identifying business problems, collecting training datasets, analyzing data, optimizing, validating and deploying NLP models.
Build everything from basic articles to advanced machine learning models and algos to optimize our customers' online and mobile experiences.
Work with product owners to transform product design and content through data-driven processes
Collaborate with project partners to test, implement and integrate design solutions into the production process. Develop customer behavior insights and introduce new ways to turn complex behavioral data into actionable insights
Use the power of closed doors through the Amex network to make better decisions
Innovate with a focus on developing new and better ways to use big data and machine learning solutions
