Developers support three important storefronts: Customer First, Inventory, and Store Structure. Manufacturers put customers first by providing fast, comprehensive and friendly customer service. Designers interact with customers by welcoming them into the store, assessing their kitchen and/or bathroom needs, arranging a tour of the showroom, fitting them for measurements Kitchen and/or bathroom, meeting with them to review home design and shopping advice. Manufacturers support the Marketing plan by reviewing product levels of samples and brochures and replenishing them as needed. Designers support the importance of store appearance by ensuring that unique displays and showrooms promote an attractive and comfortable shopping environment. By supporting these three important factors, manufacturers increase sales to support shelf and storage goals.
