The Travel team designs, develops and develops strategies, content, and experiences to drive engagement and accessibility for some of Apple's most visible products, including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, Fitness, etc.
The Apple Services Product Design team is seeking a Lead Director who will be responsible for developing a cross-platform, cross-product global marketing experience. We build strategy and content to drive engagement across our services, including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, Fitness, and more.
Proven design and lead customer journeys are superior to products
Expertise in digital, public relations, advertising and print media formats with advanced design references
A minimum of 8 years of significant experience with a portfolio demonstrating a strong focus on UX design. Experience designing all aspects of subscription products, including marketing, registration, management, payment methods, communications, cancellations and re-enrollments.
Commitment to the principles of transparency, confidentiality and trust when supporting business objectives
Ability to perform well and be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment
Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on creative development
Comfort works with the volume of creative types and individual campaigns.
Advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and effective across platforms and audiences
Experience designing services for different platforms and languages, with a deep understanding of their impact on devices, experiences, and scenarios.
Problem solving skills focus on expert strategies
A unique ability to deliver work determined by the combination of culture and design
Exceptional ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively with designers, engineers, product managers and executives.
Ability to manage, drive and design visual design projects for multiple contexts
Expertise in one of the following: graphics, video, animation, UX, prototyping and storytelling.
