● Create or prototype software modules at various levels of complexity, including but not limited to: workspaces, architecture, service information, SOA objects, business logic, UI/UX or data access logic.

● Executes project plans and delivers projects within scope, schedule and budget.

● Analyzes non-functional requirements and develops plans to meet both business and technical needs.
