SCOPE: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans (PLCY) is seeking vendor support for project management, technical writing, and statistics related to its data governance processes and data sharing policies and procedures.
DUTIES: The Project Manager shall hold at least a B.A. or B.S. and have a PMP certification, or equivalent certification, and at least FIVE years of experience in managing business, policy for Immigration Domain data and technology programs to include Collibra (Matrix) and Power Platform. Although key personnel, the Project Manager is expected to be a resource.
The Project Manager shall:
- Manage the contract requirements for the Contractor;
- Supervise and coordinate all work performed by the Contract staff under this contract;
- Interface with the COR with regards to the work being performed and scheduling of tasks; and
- Edit and copyedit products and reports. The Project Manager has direct accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of all deliverables.
