The AppleCare Business Insight, Operations and Systems team is a powerful data science organization that provides insights to improve the business owner experience and to drive continuous product and process improvement. This is an opportunity to be part of a team of researchers dedicated to providing insight to our engineering and project teams to help drive productivity and design decisions. The service offers the opportunity to make real changes to Apple's customer experience.
2+ years of industry experience in research/data analysis roles. A highly analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a passion for turning data sources into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in Snowflake SQL
Strong experience with Tableau, including deploying and maintaining large dashboards
Expertise in Python
Experience working with big data pipelines (e.g. Spark, Hive, etc.)
Ability to communicate broadly across the organization and cross-functional teams, promote collaboration and exchange of ideas
