Objectives

Quility’s growing Leads Department is looking for a new team member to assist in managing our multiple digital lead generation campaigns and achieving other department initiatives.

As a Digital Ad Operations Specialist, you will assist with campaign setup/configuration, manage state targeting across ad platforms to fulfill agent lead orders, manage ad spending to meet demand needs, activate/deactivate campaigns as needed, assist in campaign optimization through the identification of underperforming campaigns and or assets (such as ads and landing pages), and assist with other department objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience with (and comprehensive knowledge of) our primary ad platforms: Meta, Google, and TikTok. An ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter, ready and willing to create new daily SOPs to maximize personal efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, an ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that constantly evolves to achieve company and department objectives.

 

Essential Functions

Ad Platform and Campaign Management

  • Create/modify ad campaigns on our primary ad channels. (Google/YouTube, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Email)
  • Work with our various account managers (Google/Meta/TikTok) to identify new opportunities and/or campaign enhancements.
  • Coordinate with team members, vendors, ad account managers, and/or other departments to achieve objectives and/or resolve problems.
  • Update campaigns, location targeting, and budgets of lead generation campaigns to fulfill lead orders and maximize ROI.
  • Assist in campaign optimization by removing and/or replacing underperforming ads/campaigns.
  • Data/List management – you will be responsible for formatting and uploading lists for custom audiences on ad platforms and other use cases. (Intermediate Excel skills required)
  • Lead Auditing – on occasion, you will carry out “lead audits” to ensure the health and efficiency of our systems. (Intermediate Excel skills required)

 

Weekly Reporting

  • You will provide the Accounting Department with a detailed summary of ad spend across all our active channels.
  • You will report Leads Department KPIs, such as the fill rate and CPL for the prior week’s lead orders.
  • You will provide campaign performance reports to the Sr. Director of Lead Generation.
  • You will report on any active split tests or experimental initiatives to the Sr. Director of Lead Generation.

 

Competencies

  • Expert (4+ years) in digital ad platform management, including most or all the following (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok).
  • Expert (3+ years) in campaign budget management (ideally $100k+ annually).
  • Expert (2+ years) in managing and running lead generation campaigns.
  • Expert (2+ years) in using Microsoft Excel to manage, organize, and manipulate data and create reports.
  • Intermediate (1+ year) in email marketing management
  • Effective personal organization and time management.
  • Precise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-accountability

 

Work Environment

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Digital Ad Platform Management – 4+ Years of Experience (Required)
  • Ad Budget Management – 3+ Years of Experience (Required)
  • Lead Generation Campaign Management – 2+ Years of Experience (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate skillset, not advanced) - 2+ Years of Experience (Required)
  • Degrees are great, but we’re focused on the proven abilities of candidates from prior experience.
