The Digital Content Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will be required to work in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC at least 3 days per week. This position acts as the point-person for all final creative deliverables. Serve as the central contact for the marketing, creative services and sales team for digital asset management information, talent usage information and usage contract renewals. The role also includes connecting with external partnership (3rd party vendors and creative agencies) to ensure asset quality and consistence on all uploads.
Responsibilities
- Curate, and manage metadata forms for digital photography for all brands and categories.
- Ensure all PDP and marketing assets are uploaded to Digital Asset Management system and verifying the status as published.
- Receives, tracks and responds to a high volume of inquiries and requests for final digital assets from internal and external asset users (sales reps, marketing, etc.).
- Works with all cross-functional teams including but not limited to creative services, marketing, ecommerce and legal concerning image and talent usage rights. Assist stakeholders with model/photographer renewals when requested.
- Work with DAM librarian to troubleshoot issues.
- Oversee adherence to metadata and taxonomy structure with internal creative team and external vendors.
- Conduct analysis and provide reporting of image asset type, usage or status.
- Make recommendations to improve standards, methodologies, and systems.
- Maintain an understanding of industry standards for metadata management.
- Serve as point of contact and liaison with the DAM technical support team on issues, access and training.
- Testing system functionality after upgrades or new software implementation.
- Assist creative team with shot list creation, sample tagging, model pool curation and documentation.
- Other duties as identified and assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1+ years work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
- Experience with DAM systems (metadata input, organizing large amounts of information and file naming conventions).
- Excellent working knowledge of processes.
- Familiar with ShotFlow, Workfront or other workflow systems a plus.
