The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will create content, implement content, and understand the data in both Email and SMS channels.

Your Impact

• Lead Email and SMS campaign initiation and execution while collaborating across Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams
• Partner with Creative and Merchandising teams to create compelling content, emphasizing the best in our product line while keeping in mind all Email and SMS best practices
• Develop, proofread, and edit internal and external written content.
• A/B test in Email and SMS channels to enhance both customer engagement and revenue
• Manage the monthly Email, SMS, and testing calendar
• You will provide troubleshooting support for campaign execution issues or other unexpected issues that arise
• Review the performance of campaigns in both channels daily, and help report performance of channels to partners within the CRM team, and Creative, Merchandising, and Executives

What You Bring

• Work experience as a specialist/manager with a minimum of 2-5 years in digital marketing
• Experience using marketing automation tools to personalize content and messaging in Email and SMS channels
• Proofreading and editing experience – accuracy is a must, and you have a great eye for it.
• Great at technology tools such as MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Davinci, Attentive
• Experience working for a digital marketing team.
