DESCRIPTION:
Marvel Digital Media exists to promote all that Marvel is and to transform it into all that it can be. Today, this includes areas of digital advertising, subscriptions, digital media production, and a portfolio of ongoing marketing services to support Marvel's other lines of business. We are looking for a Digital Media Sales/Digital Comics Intern to support the Marvel Digital Comics and Marvel Digital Comics sales team. This role will provide exposure to digital film projects through a variety of weekly projects while helping teams with critical projects. The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and comfortable multi-tasking and taking initiative. This role will liaise with multiple teams across the business, including marketing, publishing, and product. Digital comics work
- Coordinating the production and delivery of digital products between multiple vendors
- Complete digital marketing opportunities through marketing and promotions for Marvel's various digital comics platforms including:
- Marvel Comics Comixology and Accessories
- Other platforms (Kindle, Books on Google Play, Nook, iBook Store, etc.)

Customer experience
- Respond to app reviews to improve customer experience using the Marvel Unlimited app
- Contribute to the creation of customer support reports to enable customers to improve customer support channels
- Contribute to updates within the customer support platform (Zendesk) to improve the customer support team.
- Generate and manage digital entertainment redemption codes for use in customer service
- Update sales track every week

Is required:
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with learning new systems and software
- · Exceptional organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. · Strong communication and written skills, good communication skills at all levels.
- · Marvel fan and movie reviewer is a plus. Key features:
- Students from all majors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience in news media is preferred and editorial experience is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
