The SEBPO Digital Media Services team is searching for a talented Digital Media Services Manager to join our team of subject matter experts responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of BPO services and solutions. SEBPO client needs span across media planning and buying, creative, technical, ad operations, and data solutions. Our ideal candidate will deliver successful client service onboarding projects and lead strategic initiatives that improve SEBPO?s digital media planning and buying service offering and capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Sales and Client Development to scope new media planning and buying opportunities
- Develop custom SEBPO services, solutions, and project plans based on customer requirements
- Lead new client onboarding and implementation projects across a portfolio of clients and global service delivery teams
- Enable new SEBPO teams and resources to achieve media planning and buying objectives based on service level agreements across a variety of tasks and platforms
- Collaborating on Campaign Briefs
- Perform Audience and Brand Research
- Creating Media Strategies
- Developing Digital Media Plans
- Executing Campaigns
- Managing Campaign budgets
- Optimizing Campaigns
- Deliver Campaign Reporting and Insights
- Establishes best practices, training curriculums, and Standard Operating Procedures for Media Planning and Buying teams
- Lead and participate in departmental initiatives
- Enable Sales & Client Development
- Optimize Onboarding
- Cross-functional Upskilling and Training
- Enhance Service Capabilities
- Develops positive working relationships within the department, the company and the client
- Proactively identifies/resolves/escalates issues
- Assists in the hiring of new employees
- Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape
