WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focuses on developing and delivering global marketing programs and best practices to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep expertise working in the digital, physical and people spaces, the WW CSO works closely with a wide range of organizations working in the WW and regional sectors. We're looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to design, define, create, create and optimize Apple's mobile and desktop direct-to-market digital experiences across the globe for our small to mid-sized business partners. This product management role will focus on the end customer experience across various e-commerce platforms and Apple enabled customer devices, digital content or analytics. This candidate will work with a large remote office, engineering team, global Apple resellers, UX designers and various partners working on projects, Design and deliver new features, user journeys and presentation implementations.
8+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product management or business development roles
Design or implementation experience with Magento and/or Shopify platforms
Successful implementation or redesign of e-commerce solutions
Proven experience and success of complex, matrix and transversal projects
Strong understanding and experience in marketing management, sales or e-commerce related activities
Ability to independently deliver large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment with high complexity and complexity.
New ideas to approach challenges from different angles
Experience defining, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc. Ability to motivate, influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at organizational level
