In this role, you:
- Lead digital scrum teams in the online digital banking space of consumer lending credit cards
- Provide business direction to scrum teams, create and prepare user stories, and approach in support of new or existing credit card features.
- Lead or participate in a variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to digital strategy execution
- Examine and analyze complex content creation/strategy, customer experience, analytics/research, or product management that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Solve complex problems independently
- Leads team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to solve problems and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide guidance to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
Required Qualifications, USA:
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- 3+ years of agile experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis and requirements management throughout the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development and documentation (i.e. user stories)
- More than 1 year of experience in the credit card industry
- Experience as an owner of a digital software product in the financial services industry
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborations with other business and functional areas.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to transform results into strategic imperatives
- Proficiency with modern requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence
Job expectations:
- Collaborate with Agile team members to define epics, features, and user stories to drive goals, key outcomes, and key performance indicators. Ensure implementations meet legal, risk and compliance requirements. Represent line of business needs and priorities within digital teams.
- Partnerships: Work with Digital, Technology, Line of Business, Risk and other partners to support consumer credit cards and co-branded products and implement digital customer experiences so customers can meet their underwriting and regulatory needs in a timely manner. quick, simple and safe.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- I work from the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days (San Francisco, Charlotte, New York City or Phoenix)
