Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing, growth, and innovation strategies to engage our target audience and expand our market presence.
- Lead a team of 7 marketing professionals, encouraging creativity and strategic thinking while focusing on mentoring and development within a $200MM annual marketing budget.
- Collaborate with our in-house Creative Agency and Business Unit leaders to ensure seamless promotion and alignment with company priorities.
- Use market trends, consumer research, and data analytics to create compelling narratives that boost brand visibility and drive demand.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's broader objectives and goals.
- Launch and oversee seasonal campaigns that align with financial objectives and customer expectations.
- Utilize insights from our in-house Research and Insights team to stay updated on consumer trends and identify new product development opportunities.
- Travel regularly to Central Valley for collaboration with brand clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong track record in scaling and advancing brand and marketing strategies for a globally recognized company, with a focus on consumer retail and e-commerce.
- Exceptional leadership, managerial, and coaching skills, with experience in building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
- Proficiency in analytics to guide strategy development, budget management, and market trend forecasting.
- Experience in developing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Familiarity with big data and predictive analytics tools (e.g., IRI or Nielsen) to generate consumer insights.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
