What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation and execution of policies and procedures relating to our most important asset- our employees. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure the goals of the organization are carried out.
- Provides leadership across organizational levels in regard to employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and compensation
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Partners with 3rd party resources to maintain and develop employee benefit programs, recruitment campaigns, and hiring processes
- Manages onboarding, leave, investigation, and hiring procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- SHRM or HRCI professional certification preferred.
- Multi-state/unit organizational experience preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources Business partner experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Committed to professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive energy
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $85,000.00 annually, depending on experience
