This role is a member of the airline staff within the customer experience department.
Responsible for serving as a liaison between multiple departments within Integrated Operations Control (IOC) and Flight Operations. what to do
It serves as the first point of contact for notification of operational events that may affect the health, safety or security of flight attendants.
Ensures appropriate program reporting and reporting
Operations Managers communicate and coordinate with Flight Operations Management, Crew Planning/Tracking, Risk Management, the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) and flight attendants regarding available events. signs or arrests affecting the crew.
Participate in operational calls, create performance reports and summaries of delays to share with flight operations management, and request reports from flight attendants through the Event Reporting System (CERS)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and days off
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

Minimum Qualifications - Education and previous work experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Candidate Qualifications - Education and Previous Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
2 years of aviation experience
1 year experience in monitoring/scheduling of employees
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
The ability to use good judgment to make good decisions
The ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks, programs, and activities at the same time
Experience with Microsoft Office and Saber
ESRB experience
Knowledge of contract work
