E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Summary:

Responsible for managing the presence of our company’s products in online marketplaces. Many of our clients re-sell our products on Amazon and eBay and rely on us for accurate product feeds, images, titles, and fitment data. This position is a direct liaison to our partners to ensure we have the highest quality data in the industry.

Duties:

• Manage, maintain, and deliver accurate data across multiple marketplaces and websites. This includes titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
• Analyze low-performing marketplace listings and recommend content improvements.
• Oversee product listings and product feeds.
• Inventory feed management.
• Act as liaison to Marketing to develop A+ and enhanced brand content strategy/templates, layout, and execution.
• Routinely monitor the health of the accounts for issues/opportunities and take appropriate actions as required.
• Track and report sales metrics and summarize into dashboards.
• Understand product mix by marketplaces to determine opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.
• Keep abreast of the online marketplaces opportunities and recommend new programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

Amazon Seller Central Experience (1-year required)

e-Commerce Experience (3-years required)

High School Diploma or GED.

3+ years of experience in a position of similar responsibility.

Marketing and selling experience through vendors such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc. to be familiar with a wide variety of customer portals/setups to create listings.

Working knowledge of ChannelAdvisor or other multi-listing platform.

Database management of product SKUs and can manipulate data as needed.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and firm grasp of formulas (v-lookup, etc.) and logic.

Able to write compelling product descriptions.

Must be able to take instruction from Supervisor and follow directions.

Motivated and quick to learn, ability to multi-task, and work independently.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
