Full Job Description:
Supervises customer service associates and designated individuals. Responsible for managing the front end of the store and providing advice to pharmacies and retail stores. Assists the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to achieve company productivity; Working again with the Store Manager in a small mask; Takes responsibility for all store operations in the absence of a Store Manager. Ensures efficient sales, protection of store assets and improves store sales and profits. Leads and manages the store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and reporting of direct complaints to ensure that team members work together and perform their duties to achieve company performance.
Customer Experience
Attract customers and patients by greeting them and helping with products and services. Handles customer complaints in a timely manner and responds to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Model and share customer best practices. Monitors customer service, provides training, education and develops improvement plans both in front of the pharmacy. Help team members find the most effective solutions for clients; looking for solutions that exceed customer expectations and build trust. Responsible for improving overall customer service metrics.
Work
Oversees the operations of the store and the team, including handing over daily activities, delegating tasks to team members, opening/closing/shifts, coordinating downtime, vacations and managing other scheduling conflicts to ensure coverage good of the team. Collaborate with external partners to drive the future of their Walgreen's stores. Identifies ways to support partnerships and external services as a resource for the pharmacy operations manager in pursuing local media opportunities. Enables the store manager to incorporate data, analysis, and feedback from team members to make fact-based decisions, track and analyze impact.
Oversees store financial management, including but not limited to registration numbers, bank withdrawals, vehicle withdrawals, deposits, policy changes and oversees all aspects of accounting. Overseeing the front end of the pharmaceutical inventory, making revisions/modifications and price adjustments; Analyzing the pharmacy's front-end sales process to develop corrective action plans; trains/trains team members to follow standard inventory management procedures.
Facilitates the execution of the store management duties feedback to the regional manager through delegation and supervision of the team. Ensure that the interior and exterior of the store is clean and tidy; manage repairs and maintenance; responding to emergencies.
Ensure team members have working knowledge of all computer systems and technologies and software. Ensures the safety and well-being of team members; using the Safety Center effectively.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures, and manages assigned position duties, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the sale of alcohol, tobacco, fresh food and drugs. Performs special duties and other duties as assigned.
