As we navigate the exciting landscape of continuous growth and expansion, we are on the lookout for an Anti-Piracy Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will coordinate with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders on compliance and piracy campaign-related activities with the support of Regional Seniors and Managers. This role is involved with a wide range of compliance-related projects, including Software Compliance and Piracy engagements, data analytics, process improvement, and acting as a training resource for future new hires. We trust our consultants to always perform a high degree of quality and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders on compliance and piracy campaigns, managing engagements from notification to resolution
- Analyze, correlate, and evaluate information from compliance and piracy investigations, processing it for viable usage (CRM upload, offload, reporting)
- Develop data around leads generated using external sources for improved customer engagement in compliance/piracy campaigns
- Organize files for proper retrieval, ensuring documentation of procedures and acting as a training resource for new hires
- Anticipate support for potential ad hoc analysis as per business needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of managing Software Compliance or Piracy-related customer engagements
- Minimum 1 year of personnel administration, resource management, and customer service experience
- Proficiency in the English language
- Proficiency in data management, goal-oriented work, and adherence to metrics
- At least 2 years of experience in Omni-channel programs (inbound and outbound calls, written communication, video conferences)
- Intermediate MS Excel Skills or equivalent (Google Sheets, SPSS)
- Intermediate Internet Skills, including advanced internet search and experience with online lead generation tools
- Knowledge of SMM or Digital Marketing Statistics is advantageous
- Ability to present and communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Intermediate usage of MS Tools with the ability to adapt to various roles as needed
- Highly independent yet an active team player when collaboration is required
- Adherence to processes, ability to anticipate and analyze problems, and present recommendations for continuity
- Capability to make mid-level decisions and apply solutions to important, urgent, and/or relevant issues
- Prioritization skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Resilience to handle rejection and flexibility to work with slight shifting adjustments, including remote work

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
