Accertify is growing and we are looking to add a senior engineer to our global fraud team.
How can you make an impact on this project?
The Senior Engineer will use his software development experience and strong analytical skills to help build and improve Accertify's corporate fraud protection platform and products used by world leaders. This person's daily duties will include using Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Linux, git and gradle to design and build fast, flexible and flexible applications.
Important roles and responsibilities:
Work with vendors, product developers and software development managers to design, build and test new products and features
Write code in Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS with IntelliJ
Work independently or in small group projects
Participate in coordination and scheduling of requirements
Participate in peer code reviews
Save problems and optimize code for usability, performance and scalability
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience in a high-end commercial business environment
3 years of related software development experience as a Java developer
JavaScript Expert with JavaScript ES6
Outstanding understanding of "how things work" in the world of computers, the Internet, databases, and the Java programming language.
Know basic programming constructs (conditions, loops, data structures)
Strong database skills (SQL, JDBC - Oracle, MySQL or Postgres preferred), NoSQL database and ability to troubleshoot and scale queries slowly.
