Full Job Description:
This position will be used as part of an IT team to design, optimize, maintain and improve workplace standards and related systems for Tesla's global fleet. The primary responsibility of this position will be to design and troubleshoot all related end-to-end systems and software, while assisting in the day-to-day operations of Tesla's global IT infrastructure to support the growth of Tesla's strategy. These tasks will be performed according to the policy instructions and within the time specified in the group SLA and / or requirements.
Please note that this job requires you to be on-site in Austin, TX or Fremont, CA.
What to do
Manage and monitor the design and performance of JAMF Pro system management tools, designing and making necessary changes based on business growth and security requirements. · Manage the availability of customer management platforms using monitoring tools while quickly responding to operational risks through automated response systems. · Design, pilot and implement enhancements and upgrades for customer tools that provide workflows and hybrid identity environments. · Create and manage application packages and scripts used to perform customer provisioning, customer onboarding, and self-service catalogs for end users. · Collaborate with the security team to maintain and improve customer security settings, implement patch/update schedules, and respond to critical vulnerability threats. · Manage and optimize hardware and software configuration for customer fleet using automation, scripting and customer management platforms, constantly adapting them to meet changing business and security needs. - Serve as the MacOS and JAMF Pro subject matter expert and end point for the technical support team. Collaborate with the business team to analyze, design and implement new solutions for business-focused initiatives, using creative processes, technology and automation, emphasizing tight integration with existing business systems when possible. · Create and maintain the necessary documentation and configuration of the customer management platform, supporting operational processes, and reference materials used by the technical support team.
What to bring
