job summary:
Permanent Direct Hire Engineering Manager position with a stable manufacturer in Newnan, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience with metals - casting or stamping processes and design. This position will report to the VP of Research & Design and lead a team of engineers, drafters, and specialists to ensure product reliability, performance, and quality.
Must-Have:
- BS Degree in engineering
- 8+ years of experience in product engineering with 3+ years of management
- Experience directing electronic and mechanical design in a wide range of materials including plastics, metals, etc.
- Engineering design for manufacturing experience
- Regulatory requirements and reporting information are highly desired.
