Enterprise Business Analyst

This is a Full Time Perm role, 5 days onsite in Torrance CA

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce configuration and report building, experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and demonstrable skills in helping to build a data warehouse.

Ideally, the candidate will also have experience in the behavioral health space. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and business acumen to drive strategic decisions and optimize processes within our organization.

Responsibilities include analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, gathering and interpreting data, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. The Enterprise Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, maximizing productivity, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as Project Leader for the evaluation and implementation of new technology and/or capabilities. Provides systems analysis, business requirements, design, testing, and project management.
• Support and optimize business transformation across business teams. Work with key stakeholders to document and validate business objectives and requirements for implementation by technical teams.
• Analyzing business operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Gathering and interpreting data from various sources, including individual applications and data warehouses.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and working with business leaders to define and refine them.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Apply best practice techniques to ensure that data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications and solutions are scalable to support a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Develop, review and execute system test Scripts, and perform end-to-end testing of business processes.
• Develop user-training guides/material/documentation and conduct training for end-users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications.
• Building reports and dashboards within individual applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Harmonizing information from disparate sources and building reports from the Data Warehouse.
• Working with business leaders to build reporting and dashboards to efficiently track and measure company performance against KPIs.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of business processes and systems enhancements.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Building trusting relationships with company leaders and subject matter experts to effectively understand and address business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Technology-related field
• 7+ years’ experience working in an Analyst capacity
• 2+ years’ experience with relevant corporate applications (Salesforce required, NetSuite or Sage Intacct experience required). Certifications are a plus
• Experience in the behavioral health space a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and report building.
• Demonstrable experience in helping to build a data warehouse.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Agile process and tools such as Jira or DevOps is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience ensuring quality deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.

Estimated Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 Per Year
