In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in revolutionizing our ERP system while collaborating with talented teams across Finance, Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing. What You'll Do: Provide top-notch support for our ERP system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues with a smile.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring our system enhancements hit the mark every time.
Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, keeping our processes running smoothly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions to boost operational efficiency.
Conduct user acceptance testing to guarantee that system changes meet business requirements and are seamlessly integrated.
Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex issues, guiding them through to resolution with ease.
Support our VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to ensure top-notch service and application performance.
Keep the team informed with comprehensive reports on billing, revenue management, procurement, and manufacturing.
What You Bring: A solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with hands-on experience being a bonus.
Enthusiasm for technology and a hunger for learning and implementing new tools and solutions.
Strong analytical skills and a knack for finding solutions independently.
Excellent customer service skills to engage with users at all levels of technical expertise.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
