Overview:
The Event Sales Manager is outgoing and motivated to fill our event calendar. Your
primary tasks will be to connect with potential clients to solicit new event business for
the restaurant. The Event Sales Manager will be comfortable with event planning and
working in a performance-based sales role.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and fill the events Calendar
- Understand the event software Triple Seat
- Maintain BEO (banquet event order) paperwork for each booking
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with the chef on menu requests
- Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable
- Work with internal marketing to develop promotional materials
- Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Milos products and quality
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to accountability and honesty
- Similar previous sales experience
- Event planning experience preferred
- Organizational and communication skills

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
